GANS is open to anyone with an interest in Geomatics activities in Nova Scotia and consists of students, private and public sector employees, and members of academia with a collective interest in the Geomatics industry.  Becoming a member of GANS is your opportunity to be involved in the current events of the Nova Scotia geomatics community.  

As a GANS member you will be invited to various networking opportunities including social events like the annual geo-golf challenge, Geomatics Atlantic Conference, GIS Day, holiday socials and many more.  GANS offers professional development opportunities through training, national/provincial geo-strategy workshops, and annual conferences.  

The Association also offers a range of communication channels for you to take advantage of – including; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Email Blasts, Website GEO News Blog – that will keep you well plugged-in on both the provincial and national levels.
